We advise and accompany private individuals in all situations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities...<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of auditing, fiduciary and consulting mandates<\/li>\n<li>Conducting limited, standard and IFRS audits<\/li>\n<li>Conducting special tests<\/li>\n<li>Introduction of internal control system (ICS)<\/li>\n<li>Introduction of consolidation and group reporting<\/li>\n<li>Review of audit mandates and support with annual reviews<\/li>\n<li>Support in the administration and consulting of companies and foundations<\/li>\n<li>Management and review of financial accounting (German &amp; English)<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and review of annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (DE &amp; EN) for companies, associations and foundations, including advice on financial statements<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and review of tax returns for legal entities and individuals, and basic tax advice<\/li>\n<li>Support with administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you bring to the table...<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have successfully completed your training as a certified public accountant. You are an independent, entrepreneurial, communicative and customer-oriented individual with a well-groomed appearance.
