As a small but distinguished boutique, we specialise in providing interdisciplinary support to entrepreneurs in a dynamic environment of value creation and preparing them for future challenges in a solution-oriented manner. We advise and accompany private individuals in all situations.
Your responsibilities...
- Management of auditing, fiduciary and consulting mandates
- Conducting limited, standard and IFRS audits
- Conducting special tests
- Introduction of internal control system (ICS)
- Introduction of consolidation and group reporting
- Review of audit mandates and support with annual reviews
- Support in the administration and consulting of companies and foundations
- Management and review of financial accounting (German & English)
- Preparation and review of annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (DE & EN) for companies, associations and foundations, including advice on financial statements
- Preparation and review of tax returns for legal entities and individuals, and basic tax advice
- Support with administrative tasks
What you bring to the table...
You have successfully completed your training as a certified public accountant. You are an independent, entrepreneurial, communicative and customer-oriented individual with a well-groomed appearance. You have the following professional skills:
- Experience in international group audits in accordance with IFRS
- Experience of special examinations
- Experience in customer service in the field of responsibility
- Good knowledge of auditing and analysis tools
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Secure closure in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations, including special accounting issues
- Tax returns for natural persons and legal entities
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Stylishly confident in the German language
- Good English, at least B2 level
- Additional languages, especially Italian and French, are an advantage.
