Field of activity
• You will assist management in setting up the Geneva office.
• Keeping customer accounts in French and English, including VAT statements
• Preparation of annual accounts in accordance with Swiss GAAP in French and English
• Payroll accounting in French and English
• Preparation of tax returns for legal entities and individuals
• Administrative work
• Collaboration on projects
• Support in customer service and acquisition
Depending on qualifications, it is possible to lead assignments and manage teams, as well as provide support during audits.
What you bring
You have at least six years of professional experience specialising in fiduciary services or accounting and ideally hold a federal certificate or a university of applied sciences degree. You are also independent, enterprising, communicative and customer-oriented. You have a professional appearance and possess the following professional skills:
• Experience in financial and payroll accounting, including VAT returns.
• Experience with Sage 50 payroll and accounts receivable modules
• Tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Native language: French
• Good level of English, at least B2
