As holder of the Chair of Accounting and Auditing at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences, Martin Klem specializes in accounting and group reporting in accordance with HGB and IFRS as well as auditing. He supervised the German-language translation of IFRS for the IASB and has been an expert reviewer of the IFRS translation for the EU Commission since 2015. In addition to auditing in various national and international fields of activity, he is also involved in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS as well as the conversion and introduction of accounting to IFRS, company valuations and due diligence.
